CAMS is a CaseClosedFL companion app for capturing an accident scene, evidence, and intake facts. It is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Using the app does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Acceptable use

Use CAMS only to report your own accident information or information you are authorized to submit. Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access another person's cases, or interfere with the service.

No legal advice

Severity labels, insurer routing, checklists, and emergency directories are operational helpers, not legal conclusions. Independently verify any lawyer you may later speak with.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ABBYCRM / CaseClosedFL is not liable for delayed emergency response, missed legal deadlines, or decisions made by independent attorneys. The app may be unavailable, and HubSpot sync can fail and require retry.
